Art Terms and Conditions:
All Original Paintings are non-refundable
Exceptions Include: Damage upon arrival.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless 
otherwise specified.
The utmost care is taken to ensure that your art
arrives in great condition, ready to hang with or 
without framing. Therefore, the Buyer is responsible
for inspection of piece upon arrival/delivery.
Buyer is responsible for contacting Dashee' Fine Art 
within 24 hours of arrival/delivery if piece
is suspected to have been damaged during shipping
at which point a full refund or exchange for another piece of
equal value will be processed


Photography Terms and Conditions:
Payment Information:  A 50% deposit is due at the signing of contract.  Balance is due one month prior to event.

Please note:
Session deposits are used to hold your date. This prevents another customer from being scheduled and is therefore non-refundable.
If selecting a session and scheduling a date in the same month (depending on availability of the photographer) all fees are due at the signing of contract.
You may choose to review the packages and schedule at a later date.  However, remember the consultation alone does not hold your date.  A 50 % deposit or full amount must be given along with signed contract to hold any dates for your event.

Weather and Emergencies: Session will be rescheduled to earliest available date.

For non-emergency cancellations: You may choose to reschedule your session up to two (2) times after which the photographer reserves the right to cancel the session in its entirety and forfeit your deposit.

Travel: Currently locally - within 30 mile radius of downtown Richmond, VA
